Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments by interviewing clients to gauge their current mental health condition, identify strengths, weaknesses, and develop a comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment approaches as required to optimize support.

• Provide expert counseling on various social work issues, assisting clients in recognizing and pursuing the best avenues for their mental health journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and status updates, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.

• Attend and contribute to virtual case conferences, sharing insights and collaborating with other professionals to provide holistic care for clients.

• Act as a key worker and liaise with community services to bridge support systems for clients in varying stages of recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually and includes additional bonuses based on performance.
