Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Implementing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques tailored to individual client preferences and conditions.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient interactions and treatment plans are accurately recorded.

• Facilitating collaboration among treatment team members—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to provide cohesive care and optimize patient outcomes.

• Engaging in regular case reviews and consultations with peers to continuously enhance the skills and quality of care delivered within the practice.

• Offering education and guidance to patients and their families, providing them with valuable resources and support to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
