Key Responsibilities\n

Your key responsibilities as an LCSW will encompass:

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school counselors to provide coordinated care and ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and participating in peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of therapeutic practices.

• Providing educational resources and support to patients and families on mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Staying current with research developments in the field of social work and mental health to effectively integrate new findings into your practice.

• Managing a full caseload while ensuring effective treatment and progress toward established goals, following ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents in a school environment, addressing a range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. Your role will not only involve individual therapy but also engaging with families to create a supportive network that fosters mental well-being and aids in recovery processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, emphasizing clinical practice.

• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000.
