This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while supporting school settings primarily. You will collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive approach to student mental health. Maintaining work-life balance is a priority; thus, the role requires a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to establish mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes by completing case notes and treatment plan reviews in accordance with company policies and timeframes.

• Provide high-quality customer service while working collaboratively with a diverse team to effectively serve our community and fill mental health gaps.

• Engage in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at building relationships within the community to enhance service awareness and accessibility.

• Maintain open communication with the Clinical Director, responding to requests and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to facilitate client progress.

• Foster a supportive environment that promotes team collaboration while respecting individual autonomy and creativity in practice.

Our clients primarily include students and their families in the Oxnard area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse population, understanding the unique challenges faced by individuals from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Applicants must possess an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
