Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments of student mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Design and implement behavior management strategies tailored to individual students’ needs to foster emotional and social development.

• Provide counseling and therapy sessions, focusing on both individual students and group therapy sessions where applicable.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other health professionals to create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) that address mental health concerns.

• Guide families and caregivers with resources and techniques for promoting student developmental success and resilience.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and develop interdisciplinary care strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
