Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Flourish Minds, your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and varied. You will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and challenges.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to support each unique child and family.

• Monitor outcomes collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that all efforts are directed toward achieving optimal developmental milestones.

• Provide educational and emotional support to families, equipping them with valuable knowledge and resources to enhance their child’s development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to create a joint plan with families that respects and incorporates their preferences and values.

• Implement intervention strategies grounded in Natural Learning Environment Practices, focusing on meaningful learning for children in their familiar settings.

• Champion the health and safety standards required to protect both clients and staff throughout the provision of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children aged 0-3, particularly those experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Through direct engagement and support, you will guide families in fostering their child’s physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills during these pivotal early years. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
