Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and resource availability.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable interventions, regularly updating plans based on client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning for clients in need.

• Lead psychoeducation sessions, support groups, and therapeutic workshops to enhance client engagement and foster community support.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment plans, and assessment results to comply with ethical and legal standards.
