Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Senior Counsel, Global Commercial Legal - U.S. Market Access and Pricing Category: Jobs Organiser: BioSpace (for AbbVie) Description: The Senior Counsel is responsible for developing legal strategy and providing support for the Market Access organization, with a significant focus on government price reporting. The role involves advising on a broad range of legal, compliance, and regulatory issues, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act. Key responsibilities include providing strategic counsel to senior management on product pricing, negotiating complex government agreements, and ensuring compliance with federal price reporting requirements.
