Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individualized evaluations to develop effective therapy strategies tailored to each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients through various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that therapeutic techniques are appropriately applied to meet each demographic’s needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care, integrating feedback and adjustments to therapy based on progress and evolving goals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that complies with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years' experience in counseling, ideally in a clinical setting, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus to new counselors joining our team.
