What You’ll Do Independently manage the full sales cycle from initiation to close with mid‑market corporates and law firms in the AI era. Build and progress a strong pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts, running a repeatable sales process. Build trusted relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, uncovering pain points and delivering tailored solutions that drive clear ROI. Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to move deals forward and drive adoption. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Legal to ensure the platform aligns with customer needs and continues to develop, contributing to refining the mid‑market sales motion and GTM processes. What You Bring Proven 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, go‑to‑market, or a comparable role in a high‑performing SaaS organization, top‑tier consultancy, or relevant customer‑facing industry. Experience managing end‑to‑end deals with multiple stakeholders, navigating procurement or security steps as needed, and consistently hitting targets. Clear ownership of quota, outcomes, and customer experience while maintaining high integrity. Perseverance and adaptability, staying focused through ambiguity and learning quickly. Curiosity, coachability, and continuous improvement through feedback. Strong discovery and storytelling skills, translating complex workflows into value‑based narratives. Enthusiasm for international business development and the vision of transforming legal work through AI. Founder‑like mindset, proactively spotting friction and building scalable systems and playbooks.
