Location: Holiday Inn Express Bensenville – 811 E Grand Ave, Bensenville, IL 60106
Salary Range: $52,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays as needed) Are you a hospitality professional with IHG hotel experience looking to take your career to the next level? Join our team at an award winning Holiday Inn Express Bensenville, where your expertise and dedication will be valued and rewarded! Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out
- Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests efficiently using IHG systems
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and provide outstanding service
- Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist with Park, Sleep & Fly packages offered at the hotel
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily hotel operation
- At least 1 year of experience working at an IHG property (REQUIRED) or strong Customer service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with IHG systems (e.g., Hotel Key)
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
- Able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
