The Residential and Landscape Contractor division is seeking a Digital Growth Manager to drive data-led digital growth strategies that deliver measurable revenue impact across acquisition, conversion, retention, and post-sale customer expansion.The Media Operations & Activation Specialist serves as a key operational leader responsible for managing campaign execution strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively to support business objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, channel teams, and vendors, this individual exercises independent judgment to prioritize activities, resolve execution challenges, recommend process improvements, and optimize campaign operations. The role plays a critical part in connecting media, content, retail, dealer, and digital programs into cohesive customer experiences that drive brand awareness, consideration, engagement, and demand generation outcomes.What Will You Do?  Campaign Planning, Activation & Optimization Lead the operational planning and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across paid, owned, retail, dealer, digital, and trade channels. Develop and manage integrated campaign plans, launch calendars, activation schedules, trafficking, and execution frameworks. Evaluate campaign requirements and recommend activation strategies, timelines, and resource allocations to support business objectives. Exercise independent judgment to identify risks, resolve execution challenges, and adjust plans to maintain campaign effectiveness and delivery commitments. Ensure campaign messaging, assets, channel tactics, and launch activities remain aligned with brand and business priorities. Strategic Project & Stakeholder Leadership Serve as the primary operational lead among marketing, creative, digital, media, sales, agency, and vendor partners. Lead cross-functional planning discussions and drive executional alignment across stakeholders. Establish project priorities, coordinate dependencies, and influence decisions affecting campaign performance and timing. Develop recommendations to address execution, resource, and process challenges and present solutions to management and business stakeholders. Media Operations & Marketing Governance Manage campaign activation workflows, asset distribution, media operations, and channel deployment processes. Establish and maintain campaign governance standards, documentation, operational procedures, and quality controls. Evaluate workflow effectiveness and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and campaign performance. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, brand requirements, budget controls, and channel specifications. Budget Administration, Reporting & Business Analysis Manage campaign budget tracking, purchase order administration, invoice reconciliation, and spend reporting. Analyze campaign execution, delivery metrics, and operational performance to identify opportunities for optimization. Develop reports, dashboards, and recommendations that provide stakeholders with actionable insights regarding campaign progress, effectiveness, and resource utilization. Make recommendations regarding budget allocation, process enhancements, reporting methodologies, and operational priorities. Continuous Improvement Identify and champion opportunities to improve campaign operations, stakeholder collaboration, and marketing execution processes. Research emerging tools, technologies, and best practices that enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. Contribute to the development of scalable marketing processes and operational capabilities that support long-term business growth. What Do You Need?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, campaign management, media operations, project management, marketing operations, or a related discipline. Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex marketing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Experience developing recommendations and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Advanced project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work with limited supervision. Experience managing marketing budgets, campaign reporting, and operational processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management platforms, marketing technology tools, and workflow systems. Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between ​$78,200,​ - ​$97,700. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
