Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Detroit Lakes, MN. This position oversees all finance and insurance (F&I) activities for the dealership, including preparing and reviewing financing options, completing loan and title documentation, and ensuring compliance with lending and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with sales teams to structure deals, presenting finance products and protection plans to customers, and maintaining strong relationships with banks and lending partners. The Finance Manager will assist the sales department in the completion of sales deals. This role also participates in process improvement, ensures accurate recordkeeping, and contributes to a positive, transparent customer experience during the purchase process. Qualifications Previous experience in finance, banking, automotive or RV/marine dealership F&I, or a related field is highly beneficial. Knowledge of dealership F&I processes, loan documentation, titling requirements, and regulatory and lender compliance. Proficiency with financial software, spreadsheets, and dealership management systems, with solid attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex finance terms clearly. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
