PROGRAM MANAGER

Duties
You will be responsible for all cost, schedule and performance management of all the programs and projects assigned under the Program Office as well as coordinate and serve as a key advisor and member of the Program Office Leadership Team.
You will develop and coordinate all required program acquisition documentation and briefings as well as ensure all program requirements and milestones are communicated and coordinated with program leadership.
You will analyze needs and requirements information necessary for development of specific objectives for assigned program initiatives and for planning.
You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of technical, cost schedule and performance objectives.
You will assure that all planning is fully integrated with the overall program team effort and that of any other participating services and agencies when necessary.
You will serve as the central point of contact within the program office for all matters concerning the program in addition to establishing and maintaining relationships both within the organization and with relevant external groups.
You will evaluate work performance of team members and provide inputs to Group Leaders and supervisors on performance of IPT members.
