About the Role
This is a founding GTM position at an early-stage AI platform serving the government contracting market. You'll work directly with the founding team to build the go-to-market engine from scratch — wiring LLM-driven workflows and automation into a scalable growth system. Shipping systems and iterating fast matters more here than managing traditional campaigns.
What You'll Do
Build an AI-powered GTM engine with enrichment pipelines, LLM-driven personalization, and agentic outbound workflows.
Operate and integrate tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, Apollo, Instantly/Smartlead, Lindy, Gumloop, and custom LLM APIs.
Run high-velocity growth experiments on messaging, channels, and ICPs — shipping daily and iterating weekly.
Translate technical AI and product details into decks, demos, one-pagers, case studies, and landing pages.
Design and execute end-to-end campaigns across email, paid/social, webinars, conferences, and ABM targeting federal primes, contractors, and government agencies.
Own funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion), build dashboards, and refine strategy based on data.
Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and deployment teams to align GTM with ICPs and delivery.
What We're Looking For
3–8 years in marketing, growth, or GTM, ideally at early-stage or high-growth startups.
Proven track record building marketing systems from scratch: automation, attribution, and integrations.
AI-native workflow builder who uses LLMs for enrichment, personalization, classification, and writing — with shipped automations across multiple platforms.
Comfortable working with APIs and automation builders, even without writing production code.
Experience marketing AI/ML, developer tools, or SaaS; familiarity with GovTech, compliance, or federal contracting ecosystems is a strong plus.
Strong communicator who can turn technical product details into compelling customer-facing narratives.
Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder (legal requirement for government-adjacent work).
Bonus: background in growth marketing, product marketing, or demand generation.
