Strategic Initiatives Manager

Junior Achievement of Maine is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven professional to lead major donor engagement, grant development, and capital campaign initiatives that fuel our mission. What You'll Do: Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and prospects. Lead donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and engagement strategies. Drive key capital campaign initiatives and fundraising performance tracking. Oversee grant research, writing, submission, and reporting. Develop fundraising dashboards, systems, and processes that support growth. Partner closely with the President & CEO to maximize fundraising impact. What You Bring: 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, project management, or a related field. Success managing donor relationships and securing philanthropic support. Strong writing, communication, and proposal development skills. Experience with CRM systems and fundraising analytics. Outstanding organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
