Your Contribution

• You are the first point of contact (m/f/d) for our customers in the social sector when it comes to appointments and information about our product CGM VIYU ambulant.
• You show our new customers on the phone the added value of CGM VIYU ambulant and the advantages that come with their use.
• With enthusiasm, you win new customers for an on-site appointment with our outside sales team.
• Our existing customers also look forward to your courteous service in the back office.
• In customer communication, you place particular emphasis on reliability.

What You Bring

• You have experience in telesales or cold calling via telephone.
• You enjoy contact with customers, have a sympathetic, communicative nature and a high willingness to learn.
• You are a high performer and want to give full gas in a team.
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing complete your profile.
