The pride we take in our work and it shows in everything we do.Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.Required Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within the oilfield services industry.Proven track record of managing front desk operations and providing excellent customer service.Required Skills and Abilities:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and colleagues.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment such as copiers and fax machines.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor while handling inquiries and resolving issues.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
