SUMMARY: The Operations Strategist supports the Operations and Compliance District Director by overseeing and aligning operational processes across all schools, ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal requirements, and improving the consistency and accuracy of operational practices at the school level. This role serves as a connector between school leadership, district operations teams, the Events & Actions writer, and key data systems. The Operations Strategist will monitor CCRPI-related metrics, support state reporting accuracy on the school level side (staff history, course maintenance, etc.), and perform light SQL/data tasks to support system needs. This position ensures that school operations run efficiently so that executive leadership can focus on strategic priorities.

1. Operational Oversight & Coordination a. Provide district-level oversight and support to school administrators on operational processes, workflows, and compliance expectations.
b. Coordinate operational planning and execution between district Operations & Compliance and grade-band leadership, ensuring processes are implemented consistently and issues are escalated and resolved efficiently.
c. Analyze and refine operational systems to promote efficiency and consistency across K 12. d. Serve as a liaison between staff and the Events & Actions writer to ensure operational messaging is accurate, timely, and actionable.
2. Compliance & CCRPI Monitoring a. Monitor compliance with all relevant GaDOE, SCSC, and district policies.
b. Lead ongoing review of CCRPI-related practices to ensure the district captures all possible points.
c. Verify that school-level processes align with state reporting and documentation expectations. d. Assist in data review submitted for state reporting for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. 3. Data Systems & Light Technical Support a. Assist with minor SQL queries or code adjustments to support district developers when appropriate.
b. Pull, merge, and analyze data for operational and compliance reports.
c. Work collaboratively with the Infinite Campus, state reporting, accountability, marketing, and technology teams to troubleshoot operational and data-related challenges.
4. Project & Executive Support a. Support the Operations and Compliance District Director by managing operational tasks, follow-ups, timelines, and project execution.
b. Draft, edit, and route operational communications and documents, as needed.
c. Track the progress of operational district initiatives and ensure deadlines are met. d. Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and maintain documentation systems as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position may provide guidance to school-level staff as well as supervise and evaluate a team of direct reports.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ? Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field. ? At least three (3) years of K 12 school operations or compliance experience , preferably in a virtual or hybrid environment.
? Experience managing or coordinating multiple projects across teams.
? Proficiency with data systems (Infinite Campus, LMS/SIS platforms, or other K 12 systems). ? Ability to learn and perform light SQL tasks (queries, troubleshooting, minor edits). ? Strong verbal/written communication skills and high attention to detail.
? Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes, or organizational frameworks.
