SUMMARY:Produce product by following blending procedures that meet customer specifications and needs. Add ingredients to the blend and monitor and adjust the blend. Keep area clean and organized. Fill out paperwork and communicate with team members. Wear appropriate attire provided by Treetop. Only a qualified Blender or OP's Tech can relieve this position.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision to read paperwork and procedures, distance vision to drive a forklift and monitor line flows, color vision to identify materials from a distance, peripheral vision to see forklift traffic, depth perception for stacking product and ability to adjust focus for monitoring the process for problemsWORK ENVIRONMENT:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is/or could be exposed to:Extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, electrical shock, high precarious positions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, all weather conditions, vibrations, and loud noise. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.Salary Range: $22.07 - $27.57/HRThis range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Salary increases are determined by promotional opportunities. Tree Top provides a weekly payroll.
