Workplace Operations Coordinator

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workplace Operations Coordinator in Arlington, VA. Summary: The Workplace Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the workplace to ensure a productive, organized, and positive employee experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for facilities, office administration, vendors, workplace services, and employee support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily office operations and ensure workspaces are maintained and fully functional
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, maintenance requests, and building management communications
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and office suppliers
• Coordinate office moves, workstation setups, and onboarding logistics for new employees
• Maintain office inventory, including supplies, equipment, and workplace resources
• Support workplace health, safety, and security initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate meetings, events, team gatherings, and employee engagement activities
• Monitor and manage workplace budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and expense tracking as assigned
• Assist with mail distribution, shipping, receiving, and document management
• Provide administrative support for workplace programs and operational projects
• Collaborate with Human Resources, IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless workplace operations
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes, efficiency, and employee experience
• High School diploma/GED
• 3+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
• Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Office
