Program Director of Genomic Medicine

Driving external collaborations, the full-time salaried Program Director of Genomic Medicine will manage scientific and budgetary support for corporate partnerships and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring effective project development, implementation, and reporting in a hybrid onsite/remote environment. Key responsibilities Direct program operations and maintain relationships with institutional collaborators to support internal and external efforts Oversee financial management, including budget analysis, grant accounting, and compliance with institutional guidelines Recruit, supervise, and evaluate staff while coordinating project teams to achieve successful outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Five years of project/program management experience, with a preference for experience leading complex initiatives Proven people management experience, including developing high-performing teams Strategic mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholders Ability to execute programs effectively and drive initiatives to achieve organizational goals
