Sales Operations Director

Driving quota modeling and territory analysis, the full-time remote Sales Operations Director will manage commission planning and collaborate with Sales Leadership and Finance to align the sales organization with company growth objectives. Key responsibilities Design and maintain data-driven quota models and conduct territory analysis to optimize sales performance Administer sales commission and incentive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business goals Leverage forecasting tools and AI-powered solutions to enhance predictive accuracy and operational efficiency Required qualifications 8-10 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical role within a B2B or SaaS environment Proven expertise in quota modeling, territory design, and incentive compensation planning Deep proficiency with Salesforce and experience with forecasting tools like Gong or Clari Strong working knowledge of AI tooling and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
