Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to establish a clear understanding of each client’s unique challenges and needs.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that acknowledge their specific circumstances, cultural backgrounds, and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various therapeutic formats (individual, family, and group).

• Provide crisis intervention services and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive care during acute distress.

• Document clinical interactions accurately and consistently in accordance with relevant policies and regulatory guidelines, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with practical skills and knowledge to manage their mental health proactively.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, fostering a collaborative environment to coordinate and enhance patient care.

• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes through assessments, adjusting therapeutic strategies as needed to optimize client benefits.

• Stay abreast of recent research and best practices in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
