The ideal candidate communicates effectively with a broad range of holders, including major holders, VIPs, and individuals who may be unfamiliar with the post-closing process, and is able to provide a high level of service throughout the client experience. This role requires the ability to address complex analytical questions across business lines, clearly communicate findings, and maintain accurate documentation within internal systems.

The successful candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused, with strong oral and written communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Location: This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States. If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, two days per week in the office will be expected. If the candidate selected lives outside a 20-mile radius the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year. Compensation: The hourly range for this position is between $28. 85 - $30. 00 depending on experience level. Primary Responsibilities - Maintain an extensive understanding of the system of record (NetSuite), including how records interact and relate to one another. - Manage and take ownership of holder communications and issue resolution through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and other communication channels. - Deliver exceptional holder service by setting clear expectations and maintaining proactive, consistent communication throughout the client experience.
