Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Mechanical Machine Assembler:Assemble machine frames, turrets, and other equipment components using hand and power toolsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and bills of materialsInspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are metCommunicate with engineers, designers, and technicians to resolve assembly issuesOperate a forklift to move materials and finished products as neededPrepare machinery for shipment, including crating and packaging activitiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while completing assigned tasksWhat You Need to Bring to the Mechanical Machine Assembler Role:Previous mechanical assembly experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical componentsAbility to lift and position assembled components and stand throughout the workdayForklift experience preferredMIG/TIG welding experience is a plusAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and travel occasionally for field service work if neededWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
