Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, fostering strong, trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions, monitoring client progress and making timely decisions regarding discharge when appropriate, ensuring continuity of care.

• Craft, implement, and continually assess personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain precise and professional documentation through progress notes and client records, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
\n
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive background information for effective treatment planning.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions and actively participate in supervision to promote professional development and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare providers to address the comprehensive needs of clients, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include a wide range of individuals seeking mental health support, from children facing developmental challenges to adults navigating complex emotional and psychological conditions. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or family dynamics, your expertise will play a crucial role in their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related discipline.
\n
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in using technology, including software such as Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook, to manage client data effectively.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a commitment to fostering mental well-being.

• Competence in conducting intake assessments with a client-focused mindset.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a Telehealth setting is highly desirable.

• Specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others relevant to the outpatient setting.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation model is based on a Fee-for-Service structure, ensuring that you are paid promptly for your work without waiting on reimbursements. Additional benefits include:
