Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), consistently fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages clients to achieve positive outcomes.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and professional standards, ensuring that patient records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to facilitate holistic care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the treatment process for our clients.

• Engage in peer consultation and case reviews, further refining your practice through shared learning and feedback from colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, focusing on those coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution, reflecting your strong commitment to academic and professional excellence.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
