This full-time role is based in a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments and evaluations with clients to accurately identify their specific needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques designed to address the unique situations of individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other team members to ensure clients receive cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies, demonstrating compassion and expertise.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at spreading mental health awareness and combating stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Preferred Experience\n

• A background in working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain efficient documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
