Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses and engaging in collaborative treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources to clients facing acute mental health issues or emergencies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team, coordinating care with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 85,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience.
