Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Leverage evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living routines
• Collaborate with Multifaceted Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their relatives in therapy techniques to encourage continued progress outside the clinical environment
• Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and revise treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on their path to success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized, accredited institution
• Opportunities for continuing education or further certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification essential
