Human Resources Manager

Location and Work Environment St. Cloud, FL. Onsite. Minimal travel. Direct reports: 1 HR professional. Position Overview The Human Resources Manager will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, workforce planning, conflict management, and employee engagement. This role is based in our St. Cloud manufacturing facility and supports both hourly and salaried employees. The successful candidate is a driven, self‑starter focused on providing solutions to business challenges and developing a high performing culture. The role requires strategic thinking, tactical execution, and collaboration across teams and levels. Essential Functions Partner with business leaders and front‑line supervisors to sustain a productive and engaged work environment and tie HR contributions to business objectives through effective metrics and reporting. Build constructive relationships and provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees with the objective to strengthen employee relations and engagement. Efficiently resolve unique and complex employee relations matters, ethics complaints, and investigations. Offer performance management guidance and counselling on process and performance issues through coaching, performance improvement plans, and corrective action. Apply consistent company policies and standard practices for assigned functions and recommend interpretations when collaborating with internal clients. Drive staffing plans with business leaders and the Talent Acquisition Team to project hire needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, determine compensation, and deliver an engaging onboarding experience. Collaborate and participate in planning company‑sponsored events and activities to enhance employee and community engagement. Drive HR initiatives including annual performance evaluation, workforce planning, compensation planning, talent management, and succession planning for assigned functions. Analyze competitive salary data and external market rates to determine the organization’s hourly population rate structure. Responsible for cost analysis and forecasting associated with hourly pay adjustments or program initiatives. Interpret data and transform insights into business recommendations. Partner with HR leaders on local HR communication and implementation of initiatives/services. Lead talent processes including calibrations, skill gap analyses, succession planning, and development planning. Define learning and development needs of the business unit and assist in building and implementing development resources for all employees. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 5 years of HR experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Solutions‑oriented problem solver comfortable delivering strong deliverables. Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and HR effectiveness. Comfortable multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions including coaching, talent management, process improvement, and organizational learning. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization. Ability to develop and deliver multi‑mode communications tailored to different audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workday, Kronos, and Microsoft’s Power Platform. PHR or SPHR certification; or SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SCP credential. Bilingual capability (Spanish preferred). Experience supporting manufacturing operations. Working Conditions Primarily onsite in a manufacturing facility. Exposure to production environments. Occasional extended hours to support plant operations. Compensation and Benefits Pay range is $86,500 to $126,800 annually, with an annual discretionary bonus and full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401(k) with up to 4 % match, Health Savings Account, well‑being program, product purchase discounts, and more.
