Job Description At JPMorganChase, the work you do moves markets. As a Vice President on the Americas Equities Prime Single Stock (SS) Swaps Trading Desk, you will take ownership of pricing, execution, and risk management across vanilla delta one derivatives — including Total Return and Price Return Swaps — for Institutional, Sovereign, and Hedge Fund clients globally. You will serve as a senior voice on the desk, driving strategic initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and partnering with global teams to deliver best‑in‑class client outcomes. Job Responsibilities Own delta hedging strategy and lead the analysis of borrow risk arising from client activity and rate movements Oversee and execute order flow in full accordance with swaps governance policies and controls Lead pre- and post-trade analytics for our institutional client base, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders Drive coordination with trading teams in EMEA and APAC, serving as a key point of contact for global alignment Spearhead the development of tools and workflows that improve desk efficiency, automation, and scalability Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Extensive experience in delta one products, single stock swaps, or equity derivatives trading Deep understanding of vanilla derivative pricing, risk management, and hedging strategies Advanced proficiency in Excel/VBA and Python, with a track record of building desk tools or automation Proven ability to lead and influence across cross-functional and global teams Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and clients Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Prior experience managing or mentoring junior traders or analysts Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives within a trading environment Equal Employment Opportunity We recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success.
