As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through one of the most important purchases they’ll make—helping them find the right vehicle while delivering a professional, transparent, and enjoyable experience. Compensation: Full Commission Qualifications (Dependent on location) Automotive sales experience preferred (required at select locations). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. What You Will Do: Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life. Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. Follow‑up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
