We're seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and help ensure a seamless front office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors promptly with a cheerful and professional demeanor
• Determine purpose of visit and direct patients appropriately
• Ensure patients complete and update necessary documentation
• Check in patients using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, and consultations
• Answer incoming calls and route messages accurately
• Verify and update financial information; collect patient payments as needed
• Transmit correspondence and medical records via mail, email, or fax
• Collect urine specimens for patients receiving controlled substances
• Support a positive patient experience while optimizing provider schedules

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 12 years of reception or customer service experience preferred
• Medical office administration training or certification preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
