Our Digital Agency Platform is looking for a Paid Media Specialist who will ensure compliance with the KPIs of the business units, at sales, lead generation, cost per lead level. Creating and activating a digital strategy, using various global platforms.

What you'll do:

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Monitor, optimize, and manage campaign budgets to achieve lead generation, conversion, and performance targets.
• Analyze campaign results and track key KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and engagement.
• Develop reports and presentations with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with business units and provide consultative support on paid media strategy and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and adoption of new digital marketing trends and platforms.

About you:

• Professional in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns and client relationship management.
• Experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on lead generation and optimization of results.
• Analytical profile, oriented to data and decision-making based on KPIs.
• Intermediate handling of Excel, PowerPoint, and digital analytics tools (GA4).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Desirable experience in digital marketing agencies, automotive sector, TikTok Ads, or programmatic platforms.
