Job Details Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year. Company Overview Our company is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing US manufacturing operations. This role serves as the primary HR contact for all US employee matters across three entities. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, possesses strong employment law knowledge, and enjoys balancing employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives. Responsibilities Serve as primary HR contact for US employee matters across three entities, balancing employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives. Partner with senior leadership to shape people strategies, drive employee engagement, and ensure operational success. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operations‑based environments. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices. Experience managing employee relations investigations and performance management processes. Demonstrated recruiting experience for both hourly and exempt‑level positions. Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills. Preferred HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP). OSHA or safety‑related experience. Multi‑site HR support experience.
