Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – IT Services We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow our international client base for custom web and mobile application development services. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT sales, good communication skills and the ability to understand the client's requirements and translate them into successful business opportunities. Main Duties Identify and nurture international leads for web and mobile app development services. Find potential clients on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, referrals, and other business development channels. Prepare customised proposals, capability statements and bid documents to suit client needs. Understand prospective clients’ business goals and recommend appropriate technology solutions. Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, requirements discussions, and regular follow-ups through to project close. Closely work with the technical team to prepare project estimates, timelines and commercial proposals. Responsible for end to end sales cycle including lead generation, contract closure and project handover. Develop lasting relationships with clients and seek out opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling and upselling. Keep the sales pipeline well-maintained and record all customer contact in the CRM system. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in IT services international business development. Strong background in proposals, bidding and client liaison. Strong knowledge of web design technologies such as PHP, Laravel, Node.js, Moodle, WordPress, Joomla, Magento and related frameworks. Experience in Mobile Application Development using Flutter. Understand business requirements and propose practical technical solutions. Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills. Hands on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (including Zoho CRM) and other lead generation tools. Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field. Experience with clients from the USA, UK, Europe, Australia or the Middle East. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Self motivated and target oriented, able to work independently in a fast moving environment. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
