What You’ll Do: Conduct in-home consultations to understand each customer’s unique water quality needs. Educate customers on the benefits of our water treatment solutions and help them choose the best options. Deliver high-quality service by building rapport, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Drive sales by meeting and exceeding monthly targets while upholding Kel Tren’s reputation for honest, no-pressure service. Stay current on industry trends and company offerings to provide expert advice to every customer. What We’re Looking For: Sales Experience: Previous in-home or direct sales experience is a plus, but we welcome all applicants with a drive to succeed. Customer-Focused: A consultative approach to sales, with patience and the ability to earn trust. Self-Starter: Motivated, independent, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Reliable Transportation: This is an on-the-road role, so a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are essential.
