Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Hope and Balance, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations for individuals, couples, and families to identify therapeutic needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that involve both joint meetings and individual consultations to support relationship dynamics.
\n
• Developing and implementing customized therapy plans addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, traumatic experiences, job stress, medical issues, and family conflicts.

• Providing guidance and resources to families navigating blended family issues, separation, and divorce.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to foster effective communication among family members.
\n
• Maintaining detailed, confidential records of client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and children/adolescents, across various backgrounds and experiences. Specific areas of focus include:

• Issues related to grief and loss, including support for families facing these challenging situations.

• Conflict resolution among family members, including siblings and parental relationships.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
