Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and ongoing healthcare for individuals and families, including pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Oversee chronic conditions, preventive care, acute illnesses, and mental health issues via a patient-centered methodology.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and craft tailored treatment plans.
• Partner with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to promote comprehensive patient wellness.

• Employ electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure precise, current patient documentation.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical school.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency from an accredited program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or currently hold) an active Ohio medical license.
• Preferred certifications include BLS and ACLS.
