Senior UX Engineer

Other Skills & Abilities Own the architecture and delivery of significant front-end systems and the design system they draw on. Lead decisions on interaction patterns, component architecture, accessibility, and front-end performance. Set and uphold UX and front-end engineering standards across the team. Partner with design and product as a peer, often driving the UX direction for your area. Mentor UX Engineer I and II teammates and provide high-signal reviews of code and experience. Reach across the stack to deliver complete features and unblock the team. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of relevant front-end / UX engineering experience. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. Physical Requirements Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment. Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.
