Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs accurately and design tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing their overall well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on fostering personal growth and addressing specific mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through regular staff meetings and one-on-one supervision, contributing to an environment of continuous learning and improvement in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 101,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses.
