Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools to identify patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, encouraging patient engagement and offering resources to foster community connections.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and connection to appropriate resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and treatment documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health issues, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse client populations and conduct effective treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n
