This position operates within a fully remote setting, allowing flexibility for both our counselors and the clients we serve. You will engage with clients from the comfort of your home office, leveraging telehealth technology to conduct evaluations, therapy sessions, and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and document the client’s journey from the first consultation to treatment completion.

• Evaluate clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health to establish a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Design individualized treatment and recovery plans that incorporate therapeutic goals and measurable outcomes for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
\n
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Regularly monitor and assess the clients' progress throughout therapeutic interventions, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to develop integrative intervention strategies.

• Provide referral management for clients needing additional services, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.
\n
• Assist family members and caregivers in understanding and managing the mental health challenges faced by their loved ones, promoting family welfare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experience a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia.
\n
• A commendable score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• Proven prior experience as a mental health counselor with a demonstrable skill set in delivering effective therapy.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as AVATAR or similar platforms.
\n
• Understanding of the interplay between physical health, emotional health, and substance use disorders.
\n
• Knowledge of the best practices as outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
