Estamos contratando a 2 limpiadores para un trabajo recurrente de limpieza comercial y lavado de ventanas en una tienda dentro del Mall of Louisiana. El nombre de la tienda se revela tras la incorporación. Este es un trabajo ocasional, que pone el pie en la puerta — no a tiempo completo ni parcial — una excelente forma de incorporarse a una empresa de limpieza multiestatal en crecimiento. ESTO ES UN TRABAJO PARA DOS PERSONAS — LEE ESTA PARTE Contratamos a dos limpiadores por separado para este trabajo, así que siempre hay cobertura. Preferimos que las dos contrataciones no sean parientes ni tengan una relación; así, si una persona tiene un conflicto, la otra puede cubrirse. Barrer, fregar, desempolvar, limpiar encimeras y vitrinas, basura, baño si hay lugar, además de limpiar los cristales de entrada y exposición por dentro y por fuera con fregar y limpiar. Tras la incorporación se proporcionan listas de verificación detalladas. Los dos lo repartis—normalmente uno en cristal, otro en suelo/desempolvado/basura— y quien termine primero se lanza a ayudar.REQUISITOS
Debe tener 21 años o más Experiencia previa en limpieza (de cualquier tipo — comercial, restauración, almacén, limpieza de construcción) Se prefiere ampliamente la experiencia con limpiacristales y rascadores Transporte personal fiable (el transporte compartido/transporte no califica) Smartphone para check-in/out de la app y fotos Sentirse cómodo completando un control estándar de incorporaciónSUMINISTROS
Lleva tus propios materiales y gana un bonus por visita: +10 $ para productos de limpieza, +5 $ para los productos para ventanas, +15 $ para ambos. ¿No los tienes? No hay problema — nosotros proporcionamos todo. Limpieza: aspiradora, fregona y cubo (o fregona plana con almohadillas), escoba/recogedor o fregona para polvo, limpiador multiusos, desinfectante, limpiacristales, paños de microfibra, herramienta para desempolvar, limpiador de baños, fregador o cepillo para terraza. Ventanas: defrigar/aplicador de ventanas, limpiamontadoras, solución de vidrio, microfibra o paños de vela, raspadora/cuchilla, cubo. Zapatos antideslizantes (te ayudaremos a conseguir un par si lo necesitas), camisa limpia azul o negra lisa (camiseta de marca a los 3 meses), vaqueros o pantalones cortos no deportivos — nada roto, nada de chándal. Con el pelo recogido, llega limpio y presentable.FOTOS Y SALIDA
En cada visita se requieren fotos y vídeos de antes/después de tu trabajo: así se registra el trabajo y cómo te pagan rápido. Haz el check-out y haz el check-out con el gerente de la tienda y a través de la app cada vez.COMUNICACIÓN
