Project Manager

We’re seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical technology initiatives in an enterprise environment. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role responsible for managing projects from planning through implementation, ensuring quality, reliability, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage agile ceremonies, and drive alignment between business and technology stakeholders. This role is ideal for a seasoned PM with strong Scrum Master experience and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale technology projects. Responsibilities Lead projects through the full life cycle, from planning to implementation. Manage agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Maintain sprint metrics (burndown, velocity) and report on progress to stakeholders. Identify, track, and resolve impediments that block team productivity. Partner with product owners, developers, and leadership to ensure goals are clear and deliverables are met. Maintain product backlog, release plans, and ensure alignment with business priorities. Facilitate collaboration and communication across technical and business teams. Qualifications 6+ years of Technical Project Management experience in enterprise environments. Proven Scrum Master experience with hands-on agile delivery. Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and Miro for project tracking and collaboration. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and communicate with all levels of stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials. Experience within the financial services or highly regulated industries.
