About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director of Admissions to lead its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of the company's admissions and recruitment plans, with a focus on enrolling a diverse and talented student body. This role requires a leader with a Master's degree, a minimum of 8 years' experience in college recruitment and admissions, and at least 5 years of experience in supervising professional staff in higher education admissions. The Executive Director will be expected to stay abreast of national and regional trends in university admissions, and to work closely with various campus stakeholders to ensure that the company's enrollment goals are met. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director of Admissions include leading the recruitment and admissions process, from building recruitment plans to serving as the final authority on admission and scholarship decisions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the admission process, including application review and communication strategies, and will be adept at using data to inform decision-making. They should also have a proven track record in staff management, be adept at fostering relationships, and be committed to the values of integrity, dedication, and excellence in higher education. The role demands a leader who is a diplomatic communicator, a collaborative team player, and who can effectively represent the company at various events and with external constituents.
