As a board-certified Cardiologist , you'll provide inpatient consults, rounding, admissions, and advanced cardiac procedures in a collaborative environment with APC support. This travel assignment is ideal for physicians seeking clinical autonomy, diverse patient exposure, and a rewarding locum tenens experience using Epic EMR.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient general cardiology consultations and admissions.
• Perform cardioversions and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE).
• Conduct daily patient rounding and ongoing cardiac management.
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR.
• Participate in scheduled daytime coverage and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Cardiology.
• Board Certified in Electrophysiology.
• Active Washington medical license or ability to obtain one .
• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• NRP certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
• Recent Epic EMR experience required.

Working Hours

• 10-hour day shifts
• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Approximately one week per month
• Scheduled coverage with weekday and weekend call as needed
