Many roles are expected to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday); however, work location expectations vary based on role, team, and business needs. Position Summary Lead assigned marketing strategy and execution for the Customer Energy and Transportation Solutions group, supporting development of marketing strategy and execution for new/market transformation products and mature products. Drive understanding of business priorities and report on marketing results. Utilize customer insights, data and internal relationships to increase product awareness and participation. Customer Essential Responsibilities Synthesize program portfolio team inputs to support development of engaging marketing strategies and annual plan for new/market transformation and mature products. Perform customer segmentation analysis and distill product value propositions to develop product bundles. Understand customers using internal and external data to determine customer preferences. Track and report on assigned budget and KPIs. Support product awareness research. Identify product and customer experience improvement recommendations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field. 5 years marketing experience OR a combination of sales and marketing. 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: program, product or brand management. Demonstrated knowledge of brand, advertising, and promotion principles and tactics. Peer leadership with excellent communication skills and proven results.
